When You Aren’t Feeling Well, Please Call Us First
If you have a life-threatening emergency go to the nearest emergency room. When you need advice after hours, a medical provider is available by telephone; simply call the health center’s number. Your call will be returned within 2 hours by a provider who can give advice and help you decide if an emergency room visit is necessary.
Same Day Appointments and Extended Clinic Hours
When you are sick or injured, we will do our best to give you a same day appointment with your care team. We also have clinics in Crescent City, Eureka and Willow Creek that are open Saturdays and offer evening and early hours.
For medical questions, prescription refills or to contact your provider directly, please log in to MyChart. If you do not have a MyChart account and you are a patient of one of our health centers, please call (707) 825-4286 contact our Member Services Department.
