Amy Riese MD,
Psychiatry
Dr. Riese is a native of Wisconsin and graduated from Medical College of Wisconsin in 2004. She did her residency in psychiatry at the University of Toledo, in Ohio, from 2004-2008. She was chief resident of her program and also received a humanism and teaching award from the student body. Dr. Riese was also a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, the medical honor society. She comes to Humboldt County as a member of the National Health Service Corps.
She and her husband enjoy the outdoors and look forward to exploring the north coast and winters without snow. Dr.Riese enjoys hiking, biking, and reading and is always looking for a new travel adventure, visiting friends around the country and around the world.
