Behavioral Health Clinician Manager
James earned his Master’s in Social Work from California State University, Northridge.
James and his family are returning to Humboldt County. He received his B.A. in Sociology from HSU (Cal Poly) and met his wife during that time. They are relocating from Bakersfield, CA and James grew up in Richmond, CA.
He is excited for this new opportunity to grow, advance, and give back to the community. He is a team player, cares about his patients, and is very passionate about his job/career.
He has over 20 years of experience working with at-risk youth, foster children, adults of all ages, veterans, disabled, incarcerated, as well as a variety of support groups.
James has a lot of interests/hobbies. He loves football, track, coaching, and playing his trombone (jazz, R&B, rap). He is also a Christian and a Godzilla fanatic.
James practices at Eureka Community Health Center.
