The platforms used for Video Care are secure. The same privacy laws that apply to in-person medical services, also apply to Video Care.

Video Care is just like a regular in-person visit. Your provider can order tests and prescribe medicine during a Video Care visit.

When you reach out to schedule your appointment, it is helpful to let staff know ahead of time if you are requesting tests or medication.

Your safety is our priority. If your provider needs to see you in person, your care team will let you know ahead of time.
