About the Program
Open Door is excited to introduce an exciting opportunity for those looking to begin their career in the dental field. We are currently offering on the job training to become a Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant.
On-the-job training includes x-ray license, Coronal Polish Certificate, and Mandatory Infection Control and California Law required to get certified as an RDA. The estimated cost of this training is $5,000, which Open Door will invest in your training while offering you fulltime employment!
Salaries and Benefits
- Starting wages
- Dental Assistants is $19.00/hour
- Registered Dental Assistants is $21.00/hour
- Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD, Life/ADD, Retirement, Employee Assistant Program, Flexible Spending Account
- 24 hours of OSHA training
- 16 hours of Continuing Education per year
- Reimbursement for credentialing fees (CPR, bi-annual RDA fee)
- 29 Paid Days Off per Year
- RDA Sign-On Bonus
- Partial Scrub & Shoe Reimbursement
