Elizabeth Micks, MD
Doctor of Medicine
We are pleased and proud to announce the addition of Elizabeth Micks, Physician, to our Medical staff. She will be providing OB/GYN specialty services.
Elizabeth earned her Medical degree from Sidney Kimmel Medical College/Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia.
She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology from the University of CA, Davis Medical Center.
Elizabeth went on to complete a Fellowship in Family Planning and a Master of Public Health,
both from Oregon Health & Science University. She is relocating from Seattle, Washington with her husband and two children. She grew up in Eureka, CA.
Elizabeth is thrilled to be joining Dr. Ervin and Dr. Hackett, and their team. She has spent the last 10 years on the faculty at the Univ. of Washington. Her expertise is in complex contraception and management of pregnancy loss. She is happy to receive referrals for general gynecology concerns and will have a limited obstetric practice.
Elizabeth moved back to the North Coast to be closer to her family, and to serve the wonderful community where she was born and raised.
When she isn’t working, Elizabeth enjoys hiking, running, skiing, and reading.
Elizabeth practices at Redwood Community Health Center Family Medicine & Pregnancy Services & Open Door Gynecology Services.
