The platforms used for Video Care are secure. The same privacy laws that apply to in-person medical services, also apply to Video Care.

Zoom is a free video conferencing app that can be downloaded and installed on a smartphone, tablet or computer.

Video Care is just like a regular in-person visit. Your provider can order tests and prescribe medicine during a Video Care visit.

When you reach out to schedule your appointment, it is helpful to let staff know ahead of time if you are requesting tests or medication.
