You’ll learn techniques for handling a lifethreatening emergency—if a child is choking or isn’t moving or breathing because of a fall or a near drowning, for example. The techniques are different for babies than for older children and adults. This is a class to learn practical skills, not a certifying class.
This class is taught by Kate Maguire and is held at Northcountry Prenatal Services (NPS) and held at Mad River Community Hospital (Shaw Medical Pavilion). Please sign up for the class at the front desk or call (707) 822-1385.
